Hen Coop Licence Application

Licences expire on December 31st of the year in which it is issued. The initial licence application fee is $50 and payment is due on the next page. Licences must be renewed in advance of March 1st of the following year. The fee for licence renewal is $25.

Applicant Declaration

I/We, the undersigned, do solemnly declare:

1. That I/We am/are the applicant(s) for the grant of a permit authorizing me/us to keep backyard hens pursuant to By-Law 7214-21 within the Town of Arnprior now and hereafter in force. I/We undertake to conform to the terms, conditions and regulations set out in By-Law 7214-21 and understand that I must comply with all applicable regulations and requirements of: 1) every by-law of the Town of Arnprior; and 2) every Provincial and Federal Act and regulation made under such an Act.
2. That I/We understand that any permit issued pursuant to the said application is subject to revocation.
