Summary:

Reporting to the Deputy Clerk, the Administrative Assistant will assist in the day-to-day operations of the Clerk’s department. This includes assisting with the preparation of correspondence, cemetery and Operations department administration, registrations, licensing, and assisting the public by phone, email and in person. This position will also assist with records management, which involves scanning of documents, electronic file management, archiving and shredding. This position requires both strong organizational and customer service skills and the ability to prioritize varying demands. Enrollment in an Office Administration or Business Administration program, prior administrative and records management experience, plus proficiency in Word and Excel are an asset.
