Personal information is collected on this form under the authority of Section 10 of the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001, c. 25, as amended, and will be used for the purposes of processing your application and management of the Town of Arnprior recreation and culture programs. The renter assumes full responsibility for themselves and their guests and agrees to use the facility at their own risk. The renter shall comply with, and ensure their guests comply with, all facility rules, regulations, and applicable laws as established by the Town of Arnprior or other lawful authorities.
Parking is only permitted in designated areas, subject to all applicable signage and municipal Parking and Traffic By-Laws. Parking is not guaranteed with the rental.

Renters are liable for any loss, damage, or destruction of municipal property caused by themselves or their guests. All repair or replacement costs must be paid to the Town of Arnprior within thirty (30) days.
The Town of Arnprior reserves the right to cancel any rental, before or during the event, due to non-compliance with these terms, facility rules, or any applicable by-laws.
