*Seasonal vendors must attend at least seventy-five (75%) of the total market dates (minimum 13 market dates), 1/2 season vendors must attend 9 market dates. Please see information here (see Market Vendor) for the definition of a farmer.

Vendor Behaviour
The Market corridor can be very windy, please take this into consideration when planning your booth and displays. Tents are must be weighted down sufficently for the safety of everyone. You are required to have tent wieghts (minimum 15 lb each) tied, strapped or otherwise connected to each leg of your tent. You will be responsible for any damage or injury caused by your tent in the event of an incident.
The use of stakes, spikes, poles or any other item which could penetrate asphalt or any other Town or privately owned land are prohibited. Vendors are prohibited from tying their booth, displays, or any item to town property which includes trees, garbage cans, benches, etc.
Vendors who would like to cancel one (or more) of their market dates shall abide by the following notice periods:
Vendors who arrive more than 30 minutes after the market start time may receive a warning letter(s) for tardiness at the discretion of the Issuer in consultation with the Market Coordinator.
The Market operates rain or shine and vendors are expected to stay for the deration of the market. Vendors will be contacted by e-mail by Sunday at 6:00 am at the latest if the market is being cancelled.
Vendors who receive warning letters may be subject to dismissal from the Market and revocation of the licence at the discretion of the Issuer in consultation with the Market Coordinator in the following situations:
While considering whether to issue a warning letter, the Market Coordinator and Issuer may consider extenuating circumstances outside the control of the vendor in making their determination.
