Welcome Special Event Vendors!

Please note two major changes to the 2026 summer event vendors.

1. No events will take place at Robert Simpson Park. As the space is undergoing a renovation project, each event has a new location. See table below.

2. We are introducing a $25.00 vendor fee for all events. Non-profit organizations are exempt from this. Invoicing will occur after approval.

Please answer the questions below and attach the appropriate documents to complete the application.

Important Application Approval Information

• All Businesses must comply with the Town of Arnprior Licencing By-law (see Special Event Licences section) as amended.
• Any Application/Licence issued under the Town of Arnprior Licencing By-law, as amended, may be refused, revoked, suspended, or refused to be renewed by the Issuer of Licences for non-compliance with the by-law.
• Required approvals must be obtained prior to the application for a Business Licence.
• It is mandatory for all licenced businesses / applicants to carry sufficient liability insurance, in compliance with the Town of Arnprior’s insurer.

• Liability insurance coverage to have a minimum general liability coverage limit of $2 million and list the Town of Arnprior as named insured.
• For vendors who do not carry their own liability insurance or adequate insurance when participating in the Town-operated special event on Town property, the Facility User Liability Insurance Program is available for purchase. 

Mandatory Application Requirements

Please be prepared to upload the following documents:

• Photo or Scan of Government Issued Identification (please have a photo on your device ready to upload)
• General Liability Insurance 
• Renfrew County Health Unit Certificate of Approval (if preparing food)
• TSSA Propane Fitter Inspection Certificate (if using propane)
• Company/organization logo or photos (optional) for marketing / promotions

To be considered at an event, you must submit an application at minimum three (3) weeks prior to the event. Event deadlines are as follows:

Please note that this application does not guarantee your spot at the events you've selected. The Recreation Team will contact you after your application to discuss the events.
